Cancellation Policy

SSBS LLC Booking Policy 1. Booking Requirements: All sessions must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance through our online booking system. A confirmation email will be sent upon successful booking. 2. Session Duration: Each booking reserves the SSBS Spark Studio for the duration of the session specified during booking. Extensions must be requested and approved in advance. 3. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the session will be fully refunded or rescheduled without penalty. Cancellations within 24 hours of the session are non-refundable. 4. Rescheduling Policy: Sessions may be rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance without any additional fee. Rescheduling requests within 24 hours of the session may be subject to a fee. 5. Late Arrivals: If you arrive late to your session, the session will still end at the originally scheduled time to respect the next booking. If you are more than 15 minutes late without prior notice, the session may be canceled and considered a no-show. 6. No-Show Policy: Failure to attend a scheduled session without prior notice will result in forfeiture of the session fee. 7. Payment Terms: A booking fee in the amount of $500 is required at the time of booking the Sprinkle the Sparkle package. This fee secures your date and covers initial planning and preparation costs. 8. Technical Requirements: Ensure you have a stable internet connection, a compatible device, and any necessary meeting software installed prior to the session. 9. Code of Conduct: All participants are expected to maintain a professional and respectful atmosphere during the session. 10.
